Weekend Finds

Happy Monday Everyone! (is there really such a thing?) I hate when my weekends are over! Especially when they are beautiful like this weekend was. It really felt like fall here in Atlanta, it was so nice! I love the cool mornings of fall!

We have been searching for several things for the house recently; these lists always seem never ending! We did so many projects when we moved in and now things have kind of slowed down and we are settled so we know what we need/want. This weekend we knocked a few off the list and may have landed a purchase not on the list as well!

I found this piece at Hobby Lobby! Our house was built in 1966 and the kitchen doesn't have a whole lot of storage. We don't have a pantry at all, so we needed something. I think it goes well with our kitchen! Best thing is, I used the 40% off coupon from Hobby Lobby! I love a good deal. :)

New Rug! Have y'all noticed that Macy is in EVERY picture I take? She manages to always sneak in there!

This little robot vacuum may have not been on our list BUT it is now our best friend! The only thing I don't particularly care for is that it kind of looks like Alabama colors. There wasn't an orange or blue option and since we do love how it works, I guess it's ok...

Shutters

We have shutters! I posted a teaser picture a few weeks ago and planned on posting this much earlier, but we got busy traveling! Things are hopefully slowing down a little bit and I will post a tutorial soon, but I wanted to share some pictures of our finished product. Tyler made them and I could not be more proud!! :)
My love!

Not the best pictures, but weather here in Atlanta has been terrible lately! Maybe when it gets pretty outside I can re-take some pics for the tutorial.
Don't mind the bushes in the front...we are getting everything re-done in September Woo!!
I am so happy with how these turned out! We plan on painting our brick a tan color one day, that is why we went with the dark brown! I think it will look amazing! Another renovation done at the Dunaway's! Yay!
